Real Estate Agent
Real estate agent, Joshua Tiller, offers a diverse skill set that includes extensive knowledge about the local area to sales and customer service experience. Having bought a home in southeastern Virginia, this consummate professional understands the dilemmas that homebuyers often face. Joshua takes the necessary steps to ensure each and every one of his clients is equally satisfied, whether they are buying or selling properties.
Graduating from StoneBridge School in Chesapeake, basically makes Joshua a semi-native of Hampton Roads, a huge plus in the local real estate industry. He attended Lee University, in Tennessee, and Covenant College, in Georgia, before pursuing a career in sales. He worked his way up in a high-end retailer and found his true passion. "I got a charge out of meeting new people every day and connecting with them in order to figure out their needs," Joshua continues, "I loved figuring out what they liked and then tailoring my service to [meet] their needs." He took an opportunity and ran with it, opening two franchise stores with his father and uncle. Together, these experiences provided the perfect foundation for becoming a successful real estate agent.
What sets Joshua apart from the rest in this competitive environment? When it comes to real estate, he gives his clients more than they expect from an agent. "I am willing to go the extra mile for my clients," he says. People who know Joshua well would describe him as honest, energetic and determined. This tenacious agent who does not believe in giving up says, "The real estate market changes daily. I believe people deserve an agent who can adapt quickly and take advantage of opportunities for them." A motto he has adapted into daily practice sums up his outlook quite well, "If you are willing to do what others aren't, then you will be able to achieve what others can't."
Spare time pursuits for this outdoor enthusiast include backpacking, snowboarding, fishing and enjoying regional beaches. Joshua also likes being part of a local church, meeting new people and living near most of his family in Hampton Roads. He resides with his wife in Virginia Beach.
